Product Overview

Hydrocyclones are devices that use centrifugal force to separate solid particles from liquids, commonly used in industrial processes such as classification, thickening, desliming, and dewatering. They generate a high-speed rotating liquid flow to separate materials of different densities.

Specification

Working Principle:

When a liquid containing solid particles enters the hydrocyclone under a certain pressure, the liquid spins rapidly inside the cyclone, creating a strong centrifugal force. Heavier solid particles, affected by the larger centrifugal force, are pushed towards the outer wall and slide down along the conical surface, eventually discharged through the underflow outlet as coarse underflow. Lighter liquids and finer solid particles, which experience less centrifugal force, move upward near the central axis, discharged through the overflow outlet as fine overflow.

There are several types of flotation machines, including:

Mechanical Stirring Flotation Machine: A mechanical agitator is used to mix mineral particles and flotation media.
Air Inflation Flotation Machine: Air is injected into the flotation tank through an air pump or nozzle to create bubbles.
Column Flotation Machine: Has a vertical structure where mineral particles rise and fall to achieve separation.
Flash Flotation Machine: Suitable for quickly processing large amounts of minerals to improve flotation efficiency.
