Working Principle:

The working principle of a flotation machine is based on the differences in the affinity between mineral surfaces and air bubbles. During the flotation process, mineral particles are first dispersed in a liquid containing frothing agents and collectors. Frothing agents reduce the affinity of mineral particles with water, while collectors increase the affinity of mineral particles with air bubbles. When air bubbles attach to mineral particles, they float to the surface of the liquid due to their lower density, forming a froth layer, which achieves the enrichment of minerals.
